Beyond Boundaries is a non-profit based in Richmond, Virginia specializing in guiding participants with disabilities, veterans, underserved youth, and recovery programs on outdoor adventures.

We work with individuals of all abilities, and from varying backgrounds, in one of the most challenging and thrilling fields…outdoor adventure! Over the years we have seen first-hand the incredible benefits of the inclusive atmosphere that we provide, and it’s our belief that the more we adventure together, the stronger our community becomes.

Three Generations on the Water: Aiden’s Journey With Beyond Boundaries

Aiden has been a Beyond Boundaries' participant for a few years now, and over the past year, we’ve seen him really come into his own—as an angler, an adventurer, and a person. He’s joined us for all sorts of outings, but one program stands out as his undisputed favorite: fishing club. Why? Catching fishies, duh. (Aiden’s words, not ours.) But there’s more to it than that - it’s also his chance to get outdoors and spend time with his dad, Jeff, and his grandpa, Bill.
