Three Generations on the Water: Aiden’s Journey With Beyond Boundaries

Aiden has been a Beyond Boundaries' participant for a few years now, and over the past year, we’ve seen him really come into his own—as an angler, an adventurer, and a person. He’s joined us for all sorts of outings, but one program stands out as his undisputed favorite: fishing club. Why?

Catching fishies, duh. (Aiden’s words, not ours.)

But there’s more to it than that - it’s also his chance to get outdoors and spend time with his dad, Jeff, and his grandpa, Bill.

Through fishing club, three generations have been able to share the water, swap stories, and enjoy the simple magic of time spent outside together. It’s been a space for laughter, learning, and connection that goes far beyond the cast and reel.

At its heart, outdoor adventure is about more than just having a good time - though that’s definitely part of it. It’s about building confidence, creating memories, and giving families a way to connect in new and meaningful ways.

We’re so thankful for Aiden, Jeff, and Bill - and for every participant who lets us share in their adventures. Stay tuned for more stories of connection, growth, and outdoor fun from the Beyond Boundaries team.
