R.I.M.B.Y. 2025 Recap

Another year, another R.I.M.B.Y. Festival! This year marked not only another incredible year of celebrations but also our 10th anniversary. While it was a hot and muggy day, it was hard not to smile as we saw our community gather to enjoy live music, an adaptive film festival, and our vendor village. 

The RVA RIMBY Festival (Right In My BackYard) is exactly that, a free outdoor festival highlighting all of the incredible and unique outdoor activities right in the backyard of Richmond. R.I.M.B.Y. is such an important part of our programming and we love gathering with everyone to kick off another season of adventure and to thank the community for their continued support.

This year, we were honored to host some incredible musicians, including Marmalade Duo, Gap Tooth, and the Ex Patriots. They took to the stage at Hardywood and kept things rocking all day long.

We also hosted the first-ever adaptive film festival, sponsored by TrailHead Creative, inside Hardywood, showcasing all the feature films we’ve made over the years. Don’t worry, if you missed out, you can catch up on all the episodes on our YouTube channel.
